By what your current conversation is about. If you're asking about travel, you might see a travel ad. Ads are never matched to your identity: Viro doesn't send your name, email, or account to advertisers.

No human reads your messages.

How do I remove ads?

Upgrade to Ad-free or Supercharged. Select Go Ad-Free in Settings > Subscription. See Upgrading Subscription.
