    Connect Dropbox and Viro can search your Dropbox and read PDFs, Paper docs, and text files. Access is read-only.

    What can Viro do with Dropbox?

    • Search your Dropbox
    • Read PDFs, Dropbox Paper docs, and text files
    • Summarize and answer questions about them

    Viro can't:

    • Read Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files from Dropbox
    • Change, move, or delete anything in your Dropbox

    How do I connect Dropbox?

    1. Open Customize > Integrations

      Select Customize in the sidebar, then Integrations.

    2. Select Connect on the Dropbox row

      Sign in to Dropbox and approve read-only access. You can also start from + > Dropbox in a chat.

    3. Check that it's connected

      Back in Viro, the Dropbox row shows Connected.

    What can I ask?

    Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:

    • "Find my lease in Dropbox and tell me when it ends."
    • "Summarize the research PDF in my Papers folder."
    • "What's in my packing list?"

    How do I use a Word or Excel file from Dropbox?

    Download it from Dropbox, then attach it to the chat with + > Add photos & files. See Files & Uploads.

    Are there file limits?

    Files can be up to 10 MB.

    How do I disconnect Dropbox?

    In Customize > Integrations, select Disconnect on the Dropbox row. This deletes the connection Viro stored. Your past chats aren't deleted. To remove Viro's access completely, also remove it from the connected apps in your Dropbox account settings.

    Is my Dropbox data private?

    Viro reads your Dropbox data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data.
