    Cancel Subscription

    You can cancel any time, wherever you subscribed: on the web, in the App Store, or in Google Play. You keep your paid plan until the end of the billing period, then move to the Free plan.

    How do I cancel on the web?

    Open Settings > Subscription and select Manage Subscription. Stripe's billing page opens, where you can cancel, update your payment method, or see billing history.

    How do I cancel on iPhone?

    Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Viro AI and tap Cancel Subscription. If you subscribed on a different Apple device, cancel from that device's settings.

    How do I cancel on Android?

    Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Choose Viro AI and tap Cancel.

    What happens after I cancel?

    • You keep your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
    • Then your account moves to the Free plan, and ads come back.
    • Your chats, memories, and settings stay as they are.

    Deleting your account cancels a web subscription automatically, but not an App Store or Google Play one. See Delete Account.
