How Viro Uses Your Data

Viro uses what you share to answer you, run your account, and personalize Viro when you choose to. Viro never sells your data or builds an advertising profile of you, and no human reads your chats.

• Your account: email, sign-in method, preferences, and subscription details
• Your chats: conversations and messages, until you delete them
• Files you attach: removed from storage after 60 days
• What you choose to add: memories, personalization, projects, notebooks, and personas
• Usage: things like message counts and energy estimates, to run limits and your impact total

Viro doesn't save Temporary Chats, your location, or your Viro Search history, which stays on your device for 24 hours.

To answer you, Viro sends your message, and the context it needs, to the company that runs the AI model you're using: for example Google (Gemini), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), or the providers that run Viro AI. These providers don't use your conversations to train their models.

On the Free plan, ads are chosen based on what your current conversation is about, never your identity. Viro doesn't share your name, email, or account with advertisers. Paid plans have no ads. See Why Ads?

Only in the ways you can see and change: personalization you write yourself, and memory Viro keeps across chats, which you can edit, delete, or turn off.
