    Connect beehiiv and ask Viro how your newsletter is doing: subscriber growth, open and click rates, how a post performed, and what your automations, polls, and ads are bringing in. Viro only reads. It can't write, schedule, or send anything.

    What can Viro do with beehiiv?

    • Report on your publication: subscriber counts and growth, open rates, and click rates
    • Show how a post performed, and compare posts
    • Read your posts and pages
    • Check your automations, polls, and surveys, and how they're doing
    • Show your ad opportunities, ad reports, and earnings
    • Look at your referral program, recommendations, and website traffic

    Viro can't:

    • Write, schedule, or send a post
    • See an individual subscriber's details, or what readers wrote in comments and survey answers
    • Change your automations, settings, or anything else in beehiiv

    How do I connect beehiiv?

    1. Open Customize > Connectors

      Select Customize in the sidebar, then Connectors.

    2. Open beehiiv and select Connect to Viro

      Sign in to beehiiv and approve access.

    3. Check that it's connected

      Back in Viro, beehiiv is listed under Yours.

    What can I ask?

    Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:

    • "How did my last newsletter do?"
    • "How has my subscriber count changed this month?"
    • "Which of my posts had the best open rate this quarter?"

    What if I have more than one publication?

    Viro can see every publication your beehiiv sign-in can. If you have more than one, say which one you mean in your question, such as "How did the last issue of The Weekly do?"

    How do I disconnect beehiiv?

    In Customize > Connectors, open beehiiv and select Disconnect. This deletes the connection Viro stored. Your past chats aren't deleted. beehiiv may still list Viro AI as a connected app. If you want it gone there too, remove it in your beehiiv account settings.

    Is my beehiiv data private?

    Viro reads your beehiiv data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data.

    No. Viro only reads beehiiv. It can't write, schedule, or send posts, or change anything in your publication.

    Can Viro see my individual subscribers?

    No. Viro reads your publication's totals and reports, not an individual subscriber's details.
