    Connect Google Tasks and Viro can show your to-dos, add new ones, and check them off when you ask.

    What can Viro do with Google Tasks?

    • Read your task lists, including due dates, and completed tasks when you ask
    • Add a task (it goes to your first list)
    • Mark a task complete

    Viro can't:

    • Edit or delete tasks

    How do I connect Google Tasks?

    1. Open Customize > Integrations

      Select Customize in the sidebar, then Integrations.

    2. Select Connect on the Google Tasks row

      Sign in with Google and allow access to your tasks.

    3. Check that it's connected

      Back in Viro, the Google Tasks row shows Connected.

    What can I ask?

    Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:

    • "What's due this week?"
    • "Add 'renew passport' to my tasks."
    • "Mark 'send invoice' as done."

    What if I also use Microsoft To Do or Todoist?

    Viro reads all your connected to-do apps together. When you add a task and more than one is connected, Viro asks where to put it. Viro usually confirms a new task before adding it, unless your request is already clear. It reads up to 20 lists and 100 tasks per list.

    How do I disconnect Google Tasks?

    In Customize > Integrations, select Disconnect on the Google Tasks row. This deletes the connection Viro stored. Your past chats aren't deleted. To remove Viro's access completely, also remove it at myaccount.google.com/connections.

    Is my Google Tasks data private?

    Viro reads your Google Tasks data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data.

    No. Viro can add tasks and mark them complete, but it can't edit or delete them.
