    Does Viro AI use 100% clean energy?

    Yes. Our Viro AI model runs on infrastructure powered by 100% clean energy, with zero fossil fuels.

    Are Viro's data centers green?

    Yes. Viro AI runs in data centers in Iceland, Norway, Ireland, and Finland, on grids powered by hydro, geothermal, and wind. They're cooled by cold outside air and closed-loop systems that use far less water than typical data centers, and some reuse their waste heat to warm a greenhouse and fish farms.

    Is Viro free?

    Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited AI chat with all four models and every feature, supported by small ads. Paid plans remove ads.

    Is Viro AI legit?

    Yes. Viro AI is a real app made by Viro Climate Action, Inc., on the web, the App Store, and Google Play. It's free to use and never sells your data.

    Does Viro AI use water?

    Very little. Viro AI's data centers are cooled by cold outside air and closed-loop systems that recirculate water instead of evaporating it.

    Which AI models does Viro include?

    Viro AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, on every plan. You can switch models at any point in a chat.

    Does Viro sell my data?

    No. Viro never sells your data or builds an advertising profile of you, and no human reads your chats.

    Does Viro use my chats to train AI?

    No. Viro's AI providers are set not to use your conversations to train their models.

    Is there a Viro app for iPhone and Android?

    Yes. Viro is on the App Store and Google Play, and on the web at ai.viro.app. Your chats sync across all of them.

    How much energy does an AI message use?

    A typical text reply uses a fraction of a watt-hour. Viro shows an estimate under every reply and funds new clean energy to cover it.

    Does Viro use carbon offsets?

    No. Viro funds new renewable energy generation and climate restoration, not offsets or carbon credits.

    How many images can I create?

    15 images a week on every plan, shared between creating and editing. The allowance resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC.

    Can Viro connect to my calendar, email, and files?

    Yes. Connect Google Calendar, Drive, and Tasks; Outlook; OneDrive; Dropbox; Notion; Slack; and more in Customize > Integrations.

    What is Temporary Chat?

    A chat that isn't saved to your history and doesn't read or update your memory.

    How do I cancel my subscription?

    Cancel where you subscribed: Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription on the web, or your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

    How do I delete my account?

    Open Settings > Account and select Delete My Account. Cancel any App Store or Google Play subscription yourself first.
