Connect Trello and ask Viro about your work: what's on a board, which cards are due, who's on a card, and what changed. Viro asks Trello for view-only access, so it can't create or change anything.
- List your boards, and the lists and cards on them
- Find cards by keyword, label, member, or due date
- Read a card: its description, comments, checklists, and history
- Show who's on a board or a card
- Read your Trello Inbox and Planner
Viro can't:
- Create, move, or archive a card
- Comment on a card or tick off a checklist item
- Open the files attached to a card. Viro can list them, not read them
Open Customize > Connectors
Select Customize in the sidebar, then Connectors.Open Trello and select Connect to Viro
Sign in with your Atlassian account, choose the Trello workspaces to share, and approve view access.Check that it's connected
Back in Viro, Trello is listed under Yours.
Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:
- "What's on my Trello board?"
- "Which Trello cards are due this week?"
- "What changed on the launch card?"
The boards you can open in the workspaces you chose when you connected. To add a workspace later, disconnect Trello and connect it again, choosing every workspace you want.
In Customize > Connectors, open Trello and select Disconnect. This deletes the connection Viro stored. Your past chats aren't deleted. To remove Viro's access completely, also remove Viro AI under connected apps in your Atlassian account.
Viro reads your Trello data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data. Boards and cards include the names of the people on them and what they wrote in comments.
