Connect Outlook Calendar and Viro can check your schedule, find free time, and add events when you ask.
- Read events from the calendars you choose, for any dates you ask about
- Show Outlook and Google calendars together as one schedule, if you've connected both
- Create new events
Viro can't:
- Change or delete existing events
Open Customize > Integrations
Select Customize in the sidebar, then Integrations.Select Connect on the Outlook Calendar row
Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve access. If you see "Your Microsoft administrator needs to approve this app," ask your work or school IT admin.Check that it's connected
Back in Viro, the Outlook Calendar row shows Connected.
Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:
- "What meetings do I have today?"
- "When am I free for an hour next week?"
- "Add a dentist appointment on May 3 at 9am."
After you connect, your calendars appear under the Outlook Calendar row, each with a switch. Viro reads the ones that are on, up to 25 events per calendar each time it checks. Connecting Outlook Calendar doesn't connect Outlook Mail, OneDrive, or To Do; each has its own row.
Usually. Viro confirms the title, date, and time unless your request already makes them clear. If both Outlook and Google calendars are connected and you don't say which to use, Viro asks.

Can Viro change or delete my Outlook events?
No. Viro can read your events and create new ones, but it can't change or delete existing events.
