    Connect Stripe and ask Viro about your business: your balance, recent payments and payouts, customers, invoices, subscriptions, and revenue over time. Viro only reads. It can't charge, refund, pay out, or change anything.

    What can Viro do with Stripe?

    • Show your balance and what's on its way to your bank
    • List recent payments and payouts
    • Look up a customer, an invoice, or a subscription
    • Report on revenue over a period
    • Answer how-to questions from Stripe's own documentation

    Viro can't:

    • Charge a card, refund a payment, or send a payout
    • Create or change customers, products, prices, invoices, or subscriptions
    • Change any setting in your Stripe account

    How do I connect Stripe?

    1. Open Customize > Connectors

      Select Customize in the sidebar, then Connectors.

    2. Open Stripe and select Connect to Viro

      Sign in to Stripe and approve access.

    3. Check that it's connected

      Back in Viro, Stripe is listed under Yours.

    What can I ask?

    Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:

    • "What's my Stripe balance?"
    • "How much revenue did I make last month?"
    • "Show my last five payouts."

    How do I ask about a time period?

    Name it: "last month", "in September", or "since October 1". Stripe returns long lists a page at a time, so a narrower range gets a quicker answer.

    What if I have more than one Stripe account?

    If your sign-in covers more than one Stripe account, say which one you mean in your question.

    How do I disconnect Stripe?

    In Customize > Connectors, open Stripe and select Disconnect. This deletes the connection Viro stored. Your past chats aren't deleted. Stripe may still list Viro AI as a connected app. If you want it gone there too, remove it in your Stripe account settings.

    Is my Stripe data private?

    Viro reads your Stripe data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data. That data includes your customers' names and email addresses, which Stripe returns with payments and invoices.
