My Account

Your Viro account keeps your chats, settings, and subscription in one place on the web and in the iOS and Android apps. This page covers signing in, finding Settings, and the options you can change.

Go to ai.viro.app/signup or open the Viro app, then sign up with email, Apple, Google, or Microsoft. Viro is free to use.

Go to ai.viro.app or open the app and choose the same sign-in method you used when you created your account: email, Apple, Google, or Microsoft. Your chats and settings are then available on every device you sign in on.

Select your email at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose Settings. Settings is split into these sections:

• Account — email, default model, language, voice, log out, and account deletion
• Notifications — in the iOS and Android apps only
• Subscription — your plan, upgrades, and managing billing
• Chat History — delete all chats or export your data

Personalization, memory, integrations, skills, and appearance live in Customize, which has its own button in the sidebar. See Personalization and Appearance.

• Default AI Model — the model new chats start with. See AI Models.
• Language — English, Español, Ελληνικά, العربية, Deutsch, Français, Português, 中文, Slovenčina, or Svenska.
• Voice — Female or Male, used when Viro reads a reply aloud.

In Customize > Appearance, along with the photo you can put behind your chats. See Appearance.

In the iOS or Android app, open Settings and go to Notifications. Turn on Allow notifications, then choose which ones you want, such as your daily Aura reading and the daily Who Am I? game.

Open Settings and, under Account, select Log Out. Signing out doesn't delete your account or your chats.

Open Settings and, under Account, select Delete My Account. You'll be asked to type a confirmation phrase. Deleting your account permanently removes it and its data, and can't be undone.
