Integrations

Connect the apps you already use, like your calendar, email, files, and Slack, then ask Viro about them in any chat. Each app connects separately, you choose which ones, and integrations are available on every plan.

   Open Customize > Integrations

   Select Customize in the sidebar, then Integrations.

   Select Connect on the app's row

   Sign in to that app and approve the access it asks for.

   Check that it's connected

   Back in Viro, the row shows Connected.

You can also connect from a chat with + > Connections. And if you ask something a connected app could answer, Viro may show a Connect button under its reply. Each Google and Microsoft service connects on its own, so connecting Google Calendar doesn't connect Google Drive.

Just ask. Viro works out which app to use from your question:

• "What's on my calendar tomorrow?"
• "What emails do I need to reply to?"
• "What did I miss in Slack today?"
• "What's due in my classes this week?"

When you've connected more than one app of the same kind, Viro combines them: Google and Outlook calendars show as one schedule, your to-do apps as one list, and GitHub and Linear issues together.

Only a few things, and only when you ask. Viro can create calendar events, add and complete tasks, and create or add to music playlists. It usually checks the details with you first. Everything else is read-only: Viro can't send email, post in Slack, delete events or tasks, or edit your files.

Select Disconnect on the app's row in Customize > Integrations. Viro deletes the connection it stored. For most apps, also remove Viro in that app's own account settings to revoke access completely. Each connector's page explains where.

If a row shows Reconnect needed, the connection has expired. Select Reconnect and sign in again.

Viro reads your connected data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data. See AI Models and How Viro Uses Your Data.
