Which restoration projects does Viro support?

Restoration is paid for with Viro's remaining profits from ads, subscriptions, and the Shop. Viro's first restoration partner is The Ocean Cleanup, which removes plastic from rivers and oceans. As Viro grows, it plans to fund more restoration, such as biodiversity, reforestation, coastal restoration, water systems, soil health, and carbon removal.

Does Viro buy carbon offsets?

No. Viro funds new renewable generation and hands-on restoration, not offsets or carbon credits that cancel out emissions on paper.
