    Connect Todoist and Viro can show your tasks, add new ones to your Inbox, and check them off when you ask.

    What can Viro do with Todoist?

    • Read your tasks, including due dates, and completed tasks when you ask
    • Add a task to your Inbox
    • Mark a task complete

    Viro can't:

    • Edit or delete tasks

    How do I connect Todoist?

    1. Open Customize > Integrations

      Select Customize in the sidebar, then Integrations.

    2. Select Connect on the Todoist row

      Sign in to Todoist and approve access.

    3. Check that it's connected

      Back in Viro, the Todoist row shows Connected.

    What can I ask?

    Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:

    • "What's overdue?"
    • "Add 'water the plants' for tomorrow."
    • "Mark 'submit report' as done."

    What if I also use Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do?

    Viro reads all your connected to-do apps together. When you add a task and more than one is connected, Viro asks where to put it. Viro usually confirms a new task before adding it, unless your request is already clear.

    How do I disconnect Todoist?

    In Customize > Integrations, select Disconnect on the Todoist row. This deletes the connection Viro stored. Your past chats aren't deleted. To remove Viro's access completely, also remove it from the integrations in your Todoist settings.

    Is my Todoist data private?

    Viro reads your Todoist data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data.
