    Connect Microsoft To Do and Viro can show your tasks, add new ones, and check them off when you ask.

    What can Viro do with Microsoft To Do?

    • Read your task lists, including due dates, and completed tasks when you ask
    • Add a task (it goes to your default list)
    • Mark a task complete

    Viro can't:

    • Edit or delete tasks

    How do I connect Microsoft To Do?

    1. Open Customize > Integrations

      Select Customize in the sidebar, then Integrations.

    2. Select Connect on the Microsoft To Do row

      Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve access. If you see "Your Microsoft administrator needs to approve this app," ask your work or school IT admin.

    3. Check that it's connected

      Back in Viro, the Microsoft To Do row shows Connected.

    What can I ask?

    Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:

    • "What's on my to-do list today?"
    • "Add 'book flights' to my tasks."
    • "Mark 'call the bank' as done."

    What if I also use Google Tasks or Todoist?

    Viro reads all your connected to-do apps together. When you add a task and more than one is connected, Viro asks where to put it. Viro usually confirms a new task before adding it, unless your request is already clear.

    How do I disconnect Microsoft To Do?

    In Customize > Integrations, select Disconnect on the Microsoft To Do row. This deletes the connection Viro stored. Your past chats aren't deleted. To remove Viro's access completely, also remove it from your Microsoft account's app permissions, or at myapps.microsoft.com for a work or school account.

    Is my Microsoft To Do data private?

    Viro reads your Microsoft To Do data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data.
