Have a question, feedback, or found a bug? Email the Viro team at nick@viro.app. Viro is a small team, and every message is read.

Select your email at the bottom of the sidebar, open Settings, go to Support in the Help Center group, and select Contact. Your email app opens with a new support message.

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
• Whether you're on the web, iPhone, or Android
• A screenshot, if you can
• For billing questions, whether you pay on the web, in the App Store, or in Google Play

Most billing changes happen where you subscribed:

• Web: Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription opens Stripe's billing page, where you can cancel, update your card, or see past invoices.
• iPhone: your Apple subscriptions, in the Settings app.
• Android: Payments & subscriptions in the Google Play Store.

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google. For a web subscription, or to switch between Ad-free and Supercharged without paying twice, email the team. See Cancel Subscription and Plans & Pricing.

Request a copy of your data or delete it in Settings. See Export & Deletion and Delete Account. For anything else about your data, email the team.
