    Connect Outlook Mail and Viro can search your inbox, summarize messages, and help you draft replies. Viro can't send, move, or delete email.

    What can Viro do with Outlook Mail?

    • Search or list your email, including by date
    • Open and read a full message
    • Draft a reply in the chat for you to copy and send

    Viro can't:

    • Send email
    • Move, delete, or mark messages as read

    How do I connect Outlook Mail?

    1. Open Customize > Integrations

      Select Customize in the sidebar, then Integrations.

    2. Select Connect on the Outlook Mail row

      Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve access. If you see "Your Microsoft administrator needs to approve this app," ask your work or school IT admin.

    3. Check that it's connected

      Back in Viro, the Outlook Mail row shows Connected.

    What can I ask?

    Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:

    • "What emails do I need to reply to today?"
    • "Summarize the thread from Alex about the launch."
    • "Draft a reply saying I can meet Tuesday."

    How many emails can Viro look at?

    Each search returns 10 messages by default and up to 25. To find older mail, narrow your request by sender, subject, or date.

    Why don't drafted replies include my name?

    If you connected Outlook Mail a while ago, Viro may not have your name. Disconnect and connect it again.

    Can I connect Gmail?

    Not yet. Google Mail is listed as Coming soon in Customize > Integrations.

    How do I disconnect Outlook Mail?

    In Customize > Integrations, select Disconnect on the Outlook Mail row. This deletes the connection Viro stored. Your past chats aren't deleted. To remove Viro's access completely, also remove it from your Microsoft account's app permissions, or at myapps.microsoft.com for a work or school account.

    Is my Outlook Mail data private?

    Viro reads your Outlook Mail data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data.
