    Delete Account

    You can permanently delete your Viro account from Settings. It happens right away and can't be undone. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel that subscription yourself first.

    How do I delete my account?

    1. Open Settings

      Select your email at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings.

    2. Select Delete My Account

      It's in the Account section.

    3. Type "delete my account"

      This confirms you mean it.

    4. Select Delete Account Permanently

      You're signed out and your account is deleted.

    Want a copy of your data first? Request an export before you delete.

    What gets deleted?

    • All your conversations and messages
    • Files you've uploaded and images you've created
    • Your notebooks, projects, designs, and documents
    • Your memories, preferences, and settings
    • Your saved subscription details
    • Your account information

    What happens to my subscription?

    Paid on the web: Viro cancels your subscription automatically when you delete your account.

    App Store and Google Play subscriptions aren't canceled automatically

    Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription you bought in the iOS or Android app. Cancel it in the store first, or you may keep being charged.
    • iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Viro AI, and tap Cancel Subscription.
    • Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, choose Viro AI, and tap Cancel.

    Frequently asked questions

    Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

    Only if you pay on the web. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be canceled in the store.

    Can I undo deleting my account?
