Export & Deletion

You can request a copy of your Viro data, delete your chats or individual items, or delete your whole account. Here's what each option covers.

   Open Settings

   Select your email at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings.

   Go to Chat History

   Select Export My Data, then Request Export.

   Confirm

   Viro gathers your chats, memory, and settings.

Viro verifies your account, then emails your export to you. This can take a few days.

In Settings > Chat History, select Delete My Chat History and confirm. This permanently deletes your conversations and messages. It doesn't delete your memories, images, or files. Remove those separately (below).

• A chat: open its … menu and select Delete. See Chat History.
• A memory: in Customize > Memory, point to it and select the trash icon. See Memory.
• An image: open it in My Images and select Delete image. See My Images.
• A file in a chat: open the chat's … menu, select View Files / Sources, then the Files tab, and delete it. The message stays.

Deleted items can't be recovered.
