Open Viro

    Miro

Connect Miro and ask Viro about your boards: which boards and spaces you have, what's on a board, the comments people left, and the rows in a table. Viro only reads. It can't create or change anything.

What can Viro do with Miro?

    • List your team's spaces and the boards in them
    • Find a board by name
    • Read what's on a board, or search inside it
    • Read the comments on a board
    • Read the rows of a Miro table
    • Show who a board or space is shared with

    Viro can't:

    • Create a board, sticky notes, a diagram, or anything else
    • Edit or delete what's on a board
    • Reply to or resolve a comment, or change who a board is shared with

    How do I connect Miro?

    1. Open Customize > Connectors

Select Customize in the sidebar, then Connectors.
    2. Open Miro and select Connect to Viro

Sign in to Miro, select Allow Access, and choose the team whose boards you want to use.
    3. Check that it's connected

Back in Viro, Miro is listed under Yours.

    What can I ask?

Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:

    • "What boards do I have in Miro?"
    • "What's on my Q3 planning board in Miro?"
    • "Summarize the comments on my Miro board."

    Which boards can Viro see?

The boards in the Miro team you chose when you connected, and only the ones you can already open. To use a different team, disconnect Miro and connect it again, choosing that team.

Why did Miro stop working in my other AI tool?

Miro allows one AI connection per person at a time. Connecting Viro replaces the Miro connection you have in another AI tool, and connecting that tool again replaces Viro's. Reconnect whichever one you want to use.

Is there a limit on Miro questions?

Miro counts each lookup toward a daily allowance that depends on your Miro plan and resets at midnight UTC. A question usually takes two or three lookups. If you reach the allowance, Miro stops answering until it resets. See Miro's daily limits. On a Miro Enterprise plan, an admin has to turn AI connections on for your team before you can connect.

Can Viro change my Miro boards?

No. Miro's connection for AI tools includes creating and editing boards. Viro doesn't use that. It only looks things up in Miro, and it refuses anything that would create, change, or delete something there.

    How do I disconnect Miro?

In Customize > Connectors, open Miro and select Disconnect. This deletes the connection Viro stored. Your past chats aren't deleted. Miro may still list Viro AI as a connected app. If you want it gone there too, remove it in your Miro account settings.

    Is my Miro data private?

Viro reads your Miro data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data. A board's sharing list includes the names and email addresses of the people it's shared with.
