Connect Calendly and ask Viro about your schedule: upcoming and past meetings, who booked them, your event types, and when you're free. Viro only reads. It can't book, cancel, or change anything.
- List your upcoming or past meetings, for any dates
- Show who booked a meeting and what they wrote on your booking form
- Show your event types and how they're set up
- Find open time slots for an event type
- Check your working hours and when you're busy
Viro can't:
- Book, cancel, or reschedule a meeting
- Create or edit an event type
- Change your availability
Open Customize > Connectors
Select Customize in the sidebar, then Connectors.Open Calendly and select Connect to Viro
Sign in to Calendly and approve access.Check that it's connected
Back in Viro, Calendly is listed under Yours.
Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:
- "What meetings do I have this week?"
- "Who booked time with me yesterday?"
- "When am I free for an intro call next week?"
Calendly's sign-in has no view-only option, so its approval screen asks for permission to manage your scheduling as well as to read it. Viro doesn't use that. It only looks things up in Calendly, and it refuses anything that would create, change, or delete something there.

Can Viro book or cancel a Calendly meeting?
No. Viro only reads Calendly. It can tell you what's booked and when you're free, but it can't book, cancel, or reschedule.
Why does Calendly ask for permission to make changes?
Calendly's sign-in has no view-only option, so its approval screen asks for permission to manage your scheduling too. Viro doesn't use that; it only looks things up.
