Connect PayPal and ask Viro about your account: the payments you received and sent, the invoices you created and whether they were paid, and any disputes customers opened. Viro only reads. It can't send money, invoice, refund, or change anything.
- List the payments you received and sent in a period, with amounts, fees, and status
- Add up what came in or went out over a week, a month, or longer
- Show your invoices and which are unpaid, paid, or still drafts
- Show customer disputes and where each one stands
Viro can't:
- Send or request money
- Create or send an invoice
- Issue a refund, or respond to a dispute
- Change any setting in your PayPal account

Back in Viro, PayPal is listed under Yours.
Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:
- "What PayPal payments did I receive this week?"
- "How much came in on PayPal last month?"
- "Which of my PayPal invoices are unpaid?"
- "Do I have any open PayPal disputes?"
Name it: "this week", "in September", or "since October 1". PayPal returns transactions for up to 31 days at a time, so for a longer period Viro looks up one month after another and adds them up. That takes a little longer.
PayPal's transaction list can run a few hours behind your account. A payment that just arrived may not be in it yet. Ask again later, or check PayPal itself for anything from the last few hours.
No. PayPal's connection for AI apps includes creating and sending invoices. Viro doesn't use that. It only looks things up in PayPal, and it refuses anything that would create, change, or delete something there.

Can Viro send money or an invoice from PayPal?
No. Viro only reads PayPal. It can't send or request money, create or send an invoice, refund a payment, or respond to a dispute.
Why doesn't a recent PayPal payment show up?
PayPal's transaction list can run a few hours behind your account, so a payment that just arrived may not be in it yet.
