    Connect Notion and Viro can search and read the pages you share with it, and look things up in your databases. Access is read-only.

    What can Viro do with Notion?

    • Search the pages you've shared
    • Read a page, including pages nested inside it
    • Look up rows in your Notion databases

    Viro can't:

    • See pages you haven't shared
    • Create or edit anything in Notion

    How do I connect Notion?

    1. Open Customize > Integrations

      Select Customize in the sidebar, then Integrations.

    2. Select Connect on the Notion row

      Sign in to Notion and choose which pages Viro can see.

    3. Check that it's connected

      Back in Viro, the Notion row shows Connected.

    What can I ask?

    Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:

    • "What did I write about pricing in Notion?"
    • "Summarize my meeting notes from Monday."
    • "Which tasks in my Projects database are due this week?"

    How do I share more pages?

    Pages inside a page you've shared are included automatically. For a new top-level page, either:

    • Select Add pages on the Notion row in Customize > Integrations, or
    • In Notion, open the page, select ••• > Connections, and add Viro AI.

    Are there limits?

    Viro returns up to 25 search results or database rows at a time. Very long pages may be read in part, and Viro tells you when that happens.

    How do I disconnect Notion?

    In Customize > Integrations, select Disconnect on the Notion row. This deletes the connection Viro stored. Your past chats aren't deleted. To remove Viro's access completely, also remove it in Notion under Settings › Connections.

    Is my Notion data private?

    Viro reads your Notion data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data.

    Frequently asked questions

    Why can't Viro find a Notion page?

    Viro only sees pages you've shared with it. Select Add pages on the Notion row, or add Viro AI from the page's ••• > Connections menu.
