    Connect OneDrive and Viro can search your OneDrive and read the files you ask about. Access is read-only.

    What can Viro do with OneDrive?

    • Search your OneDrive
    • Read Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and text files
    • Summarize, compare, and answer questions about them

    Viro can't:

    • Change, move, or delete anything in your OneDrive

    How do I connect OneDrive?

    1. Open Customize > Integrations

      Select Customize in the sidebar, then Integrations.

    2. Select Connect on the OneDrive row

      Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve read-only access. You can also start from + > OneDrive in a chat.

    3. Check that it's connected

      Back in Viro, the OneDrive row shows Connected.

    What can I ask?

    Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:

    • "Find the Q4 budget in my OneDrive and summarize it."
    • "What does the onboarding deck say about benefits?"
    • "List the key dates in the project timeline."

    Can I attach a specific file?

    Yes. In a chat, select + > OneDrive and pick the file. Or just name it in your question and Viro will search for it.

    Are there file limits?

    Files can be up to 10 MB. For very long documents, Viro reads roughly the first 60,000 characters.

    How do I disconnect OneDrive?

    In Customize > Integrations, select Disconnect on the OneDrive row. This deletes the connection Viro stored. Your past chats aren't deleted. To remove Viro's access completely, also remove it from your Microsoft account's app permissions, or at myapps.microsoft.com for a work or school account.

    Is my OneDrive data private?

    Viro reads your OneDrive data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data.
