    Connect Google Calendar and Viro can check your schedule, find free time, and add events when you ask.

    What can Viro do with Google Calendar?

    • Read events from the calendars you choose, for any dates you ask about
    • Show Google and Outlook calendars together as one schedule, if you've connected both
    • Create new events

    Viro can't:

    • Change or delete existing events

    How do I connect Google Calendar?

    1. Open Customize > Integrations

      Select Customize in the sidebar, then Integrations.

    2. Select Connect on the Google Calendar row

      Sign in with Google and allow access to your calendar.

    3. Check that it's connected

      Back in Viro, the Google Calendar row shows Connected.

    What can I ask?

    Once it's connected, just ask in any chat. For example:

    • "What's on my calendar tomorrow?"
    • "Am I free Friday afternoon?"
    • "Add lunch with Sam on Thursday at 1pm."

    Which calendars can Viro see?

    After you connect, your calendars appear under the Google Calendar row, each with a switch. Viro reads the ones that are on, up to 25 events per calendar each time it checks.

    Does Viro check before adding an event?

    Usually. Viro confirms the title, date, and time unless your request already makes them clear. If both Google and Outlook calendars are connected and you don't say which to use, Viro asks.

    How do I disconnect Google Calendar?

    In Customize > Integrations, select Disconnect on the Google Calendar row. This deletes the connection Viro stored. Your past chats aren't deleted. To remove Viro's access completely, also remove it at myaccount.google.com/connections.

    Is my Google Calendar data private?

    Viro reads your Google Calendar data only to answer what you ask. It's never used to train AI models, and Viro never sells your data.

    No. Viro can read your events and create new ones, but it can't change or delete existing events.
