    Change Email

    You can change the email on your Viro account from Settings. Viro sends a confirmation link to the new address, and the change takes effect once you confirm it.

    How do I change my email?

    1. Open Settings

      Select your email at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings.

    2. Go to Support

      It's in the Help Center group. Find Change Email.

    3. Enter your new email

      Type it in New email address and select Update.

    4. Confirm the change

      Open the link Viro sends to your new address. Your email doesn't change until you confirm.

    I didn't get the confirmation email. What now?

    Check your spam folder and that you typed the address correctly. Then select Change again to resend. If you sign in with Apple, Google, or Microsoft and need help changing your email, contact support.
